Outlite Flashlights

Hello hello and thanks for stopping by! I've told you all before how much I love to review camping and hiking gear and I have THREE marvelous products to tell you about today!

Outlite reached out to me recently to review a few of their flashlights and I, of course, obliged. You can never have too many flashlights, am I right or am I right?

So without further adieu...

Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

Aren't they beautiful!? Each flashlight has 5 settings which are toggled with the heel button: 3 brightness levels (high, medium, low) and 2 flash modes (strobe and SOS) which can be seen in the video at the end of this post. But, I want to tell you about each one separately so keep on reading!

Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

First up is the Outlite 878 LED Tactical Flashlight which offer a whopping 900 Lumen and is crazy bright! It contains a Cree XML-T6 LED bulb (actually they all do) which gives it the super brightness that you can see below. The flashlight is powered by 3 AAA batteries with are held in an included holder, but it will also run with a 18650 lithium battery which can be purchased separately.

Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

The flashlight is made from aluminum and offers a portable and water resistant design as well as a no-slip grip. It was recommended that I do a test to see how long the batteries would last, but all batteries are different. The great thing about being able to run on a lithium-ion battery is that they are rechargeable though, so making that extra purchase is highly recommended, especially if you're going to be using the flashlight quite a bit.

This is a great product to have on hand and if you notice, it also has an attack head on there for a little added protection! It felt good in my hand and I actually like that it is a little fatter than other portable flashlights. I also appreciate that each light came with a wrist strap for all of us with butter fingers.

Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

This flashlight has an impressive beam radius which works well for about 30 meters. It also offers a zoom feature which can be seen for over 300 meters! Sorry that I had to focus on the shed, but it was the furthest item in my yard to test on without disturbing the neighbors.

This model is on sale right now for $9.99 and you can find it here:

Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

The next model is the Outlite E6 LED Tactical Flashlight. Like the other flashlights it offers 5 light modes, a Cree XML-T6 LED bulb, and is also water resistant. Zoomed out this flashlight is about 700 Lumen and zoomed in it is about 900 Lumen. It can be powered by 3 AAA batteries or by a 18650 lithium-ion battery, which is included. It also comes with a handy dandy charger and a free key chain flashlight (which can be seen a little further down the post)!
Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

Here you can see the flashlight in the "zoomed in" position as well as get a good look at that attack head. This model is a tad longer than the first, but is skinnier.

As you can see from the photos, the beam radius is a little larger, but not quite as bright. However, the brightness in the zoom position is quite a bit brighter.

The Keychain Flashlight is great for keeping guessed it...your keys! It has come in handy for unlocking the door at night, especially when I forget to leave the flood lights on. It is also pretty bright, which you can see below.

Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

This model is on sale right now for $13.99 and can be found here:

Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

Last but certainly not least is the Outlite 501B Tactical Flashlight, which is the smallest of the three. It is the same length as the 878, but far skinnier. Unlike the other two models, it can only be run by a 18650 lithium-ion battery, but the set comes with two batteries and a charger. I wound up putting the extra battery in the 878 model since that one does not come with one.

Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

This flashlight offers the same Cree XML-T6 LED bulb with an attack head and a non-slip grip. This model puts out a surprising amount of light for such a small flashlight and offers the same 5 light modes as the others (don't forget to view the video below).

Outlite Flashlight LED Cree XML-T6 Lithium Tactical

This model of flashlight does not come with the spiffy zoom setting, but with such a large 900 Lumen light radius, it isn't needed. It is on sale for $17.99 and can be found here:

Here's the video of the 5 light modes that each model offers. This video was created using the Outlite 878 LED Flashlight. For some reason YouTube likes to automatically choose the viewing quality, so if the video looks blurry click on the gears and change to 720 or 1080.

All three of these flashlights are a bargain at their current sale price and I can't say that one is better than the other. It really just depends on your preference and needs. They make great gifts and they were quickly snatched up and claimed by my family.

Spirit Naturals - Facial Moisturizer

Hello and welcome back! You know I've been focusing on products that will help with this ever warming weather we are getting and with warm weather comes more sun and more needed protection for your skin and face!

It is so important to moisturize your face, especially if you want to reduce wrinkles or keep them from appearing. A healthy face has a beautiful glow and an even skin tone. Not to mention any makeup you wear will go on flawless and who doesn't want that?

Spirit Naturals let me try out their Natural Facial Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid and I am loving the fact that it is 100% organic and free from harmful chemicals. I have super sensitive skin and heavy moisturizers cause me to break out, but this has actually helped to clear up my skin!

This moisturizer is full of essential oils and minerals that work perfectly together to combat wrinkles and aging while helping to reduce any trouble areas that you already have. It helps to fight acne, hydrates skin, and protects your face from harmful UV rays while you take advantage of this beautiful spring weather!

This little dab is all I need to cover my entire face and neck, so a little goes a long way. It goes on smooth and doesn't leave a greasy residue. It is also very lightweight and I don't feel like I'm wearing a blanket of product on my face like with other moisturizers that I've tried.

Look at those amazing ingredients! Jojobo oil that mimics the natural oils in your face which is great for my acne because it tricks my face into thinking that I've already produced enough oil! It also helps to combat dry and itchy skin that most of us suffer from in the winter.

Coconut oil helps to smooth your skin and keep it hydrated. It also keeps skin from flaking. The olive oil helps to plump and moisturize and also has vitamin E and A!

Pomegranate oil helps to improve skin elasticity and helps you to shed those old skin cells that weigh your face down. It also has tons of vitamin B12 to aid in elasticity and smoothness. Last but not least, hemp oil slows down the aging process and fights psoriasis, eczema, and blotchy skin!

Spirit Naturals was also nice enough to send a sample of their Eye Serum, which is great for those pesky crows feet or preventing them. Both products are so great and have a very fresh, non-chemical smell.

Treat your skin and make sure you stay protected this spring and summer! Head over to the following link to get your own preventative and restorative products from Spirit Naturals

Etekcity - Outdoor LED Lantern

Hello guys and gals! I am so happy today because the days are slowly getting warmer and warmer. We just had a cold front go through and I couldn't do anything in the yard, but now is perfect weather for outdoor activities! Yay!

Those of you who know me personally or who follow me on my personal Facebook know that I love camping gear. My family and I aren't "preppers" per se but we do like to be prepared and the more gadgets we can collect, the better we feel about the future. So, when I get to review camping and survival products it puts me over the moon!

Etekcity let me try out one of their Portable Outdoor LED Camping Lanterns and I am so glad they did because this little guy puts out a heck of a lot of light! I was really surprised by just how bright it is! I mean, just look at how much of my front yard this lantern lit up (photo at bottom).

There are 30 individual LEDs which are powered by 3 AA batteries, which they included. So nice of them! Fresh batteries will give you about 72 hours of light before you need to change them. Just unscrew the bottom of the lantern and you're good to go. This is going to come in handy this summer when we spend most nights on the back deck. Now if only it took care of the pesky mosquitoes.

Not only is it a great light source, but it is also collapsible, so it stores easily. As soon as you push it down, the light turns off and doesn't switch back on until you pull it back out, so no worries about eating into your battery time.

The arms swing up to make a convenient handle and then fold down for storage. It is just too cute. Not to mention it is lightweight so hooking it onto your backpack will add almost no weight.

Enfusia - Bath and Body Products

Hello readers and friends! Happy Monday! I am back from my little break and had such a wonderful time with my friends. After such a relaxing week away, I just wasn't ready to get fully back into action and felt I needed to pamper myself just a little longer, so I broke out a lovely package sent to me by the amazing people at Enfusia!

You guys know I go bonkers for products with natural ingredients so these have quickly shot up to the top of my favorite bath and body products. Keep reading below and I'll let you in on each one!

Enfusia bath skin products sandalwood let's get naked clean bath bomb soap body mist spray
Enfusia was kind enough to send me three varieties of their Moisturizing Body Lotion. These lovelies are gluten free, vegan, as well as wax, paraben, and silicone free. The "Clean Enfusion" is for sensitive skin and has no added fragrance, but the natural ingredients give it a shea butter smell that is similar to Ivory Soap (according to my mom). The "Arabian Sandalwood Enfusion" smells like, well, sandalwood, and the "Let's Get Naked Enfusion" has a very sweet and fruity smell thanks to to grapefruit, apple, strawberry, tangerine, peach, and rose petals.

I love the lotions because they not only smell good enough to eat, but they left my skin soft and didn't leave any type of yucky residue. They absorbed into my skin pretty quick but left me smelling amazing for hours. The lotions are available in the following scents:

Arabian Sandalwood
Let's Get Naked
Mints and Rosemary
Pomegranate and Berry
Rose Ylang-Ylang

I was sent the travel size of everything, so the above lotions are 2 oz and retail for $2.99, but they also have full size versions available that are 8.5 oz and retail for $9.99!

I probably haven't divulged this to any of you yet, but I LOVE the smell of sandalwood. It is my absolute favorite scent to wear. And lucky me because Enfusia sent me not only a sandalwood lotion but also a Body Mist. I have worn them almost everyday! I even like to spray the body mist in my hair!

The above bottle is 2 oz, but the full size bottles are 8.5 oz and only $8.49! Like I said, I've used this body mist almost everyday for a month and have barely put a dent in it, so 4x the bottle size is going to last you a LONG time! But, if you'd rather get the travel size then you can do so for $2.99. The body mist scents are the same as above except they do not come in Clean or Mints and Rosemary.

In addition to the amazing smelling lotions and the body mist, Enfusia also sent me two of their Spa Bath Salts and Soaks. These babies come in 16 oz containers and retail for only $9.99. Who doesn't want some added minerals and essential oils in their bubble bath?

The Lavender scent made my skin smell Ah-Maz-Ing after a long soak and the Soothing Detox helped to suck all those toxins out of my body that make me sluggish. Simply add them to your warm bath and let the relaxing begin! The salts come in the following scents:

Arabian Sandalwood
Casablanca Rose
Fleur de Lys
Let's Get Naked
Muscle Soak
Proper Gentleman
Rose Ylang-Ylang
Soothing Detox

The soaps are excellent and the Bulk Soap is handmade! You can get 2 oz bars for  $3.50, 4 oz bars for $6, or a 4 lb loaf for $80! That's a lot of soap!

The Bulk Soap only comes in 4 scents: Rhassoul Clay, Lemongrass Poppyseed, Lavender Eucalyptus,  and Detox with activated charcoal. They also have 6.3 oz soap bars for $5.49 that come in some pretty groovy scents as well.

Last but not least I was sent three of these crazy amazing Bath Bombs. I have never tried a bath bomb before and honestly I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when it started fizzing up in my bath water. The baking soda softens your skin and the added oils will leave you smelling great long after you dry off.

I love the little bits of flower petals!

Who could say no to that? It just looks so inviting!

For those of you who have also never experienced the awesome-ness of a bath bomb, here's a quick little video!

I hands down give Enfusia 10/10 stars because I loved every single thing they sent me and it is one of the companies that I have bookmarked so that I can purchase more items after my samples run out. I love that they are all natural and won't break your bank account! Oh, and the fact that the products are made in the USA is yet another perk! Not to mention they are always posting promotional codes on their social media, so be sure to follow them so that you can save on your order (because we all know you're going to order something from them).

What do you guys think would be your favorite items or scents? Let me know in the comments below!

Seneo Essential Oil Diffuser

Evening everyone! I am so behind in my reviews, oh my gosh! Thankfully I got a free hour today to tell you about this really cool device that Seneo was nice enough to send me for a review. Say hello to one of their many models of essential oil diffusers! And let me tell you, it has been wonderful for this dry winter weather.

Seneo Essential Oil Diffuser

This little guy is so cute and I am already in love with it. The diffuser holds 300 ml of water (or about 10 ounces for those of you not familiar with the metric system). It comes with everything you need to get started as soon as you open the box, except the essential oil and water of course.

If you fill it up, it will run for about 6 hours and it produces a cool mist almost immediately. You can add a few drops of your favorite essential oil and soon your room will be smelling great and you'll be breathing in all the medicinal properties of the oils.

Seneo Essential Oil Diffuser

The diffuser is actually white, but as you can see in the top photo it has a built-in LED light that loops 7 colors or you can choose your favorite fixed color! I've included a video at the end of my review so that you can see all of the color settings.

Seneo Essential Oil Diffuser

So the first thing you'll want to do is figure out where you want this beauty to sit and then plug it in!

Seneo Essential Oil Diffuser

Then, with the included measuring cup you'll want to add water and your essential oil to the inside basin. Even if you don't have essential oils you can use it strictly as a humidifier!

Next, just put the top back on and choose if you'd like the diffuser to run for 1, 3, or 6 hours. You can manually turn it off at any time.

Seneo Essential Oil Diffuser

Then just sit back, relax, and let the diffuser do it's job. You can turn out the lights for a beautiful display or run it while you sleep as nightlight. You can even turn the light function off completely if you so choose. It is pretty quiet but does have a little bit of a buzz sound, however I actually found it to be a pretty soothing white noise to fall asleep to.

And, you don't have to worry about burning up the motor. As soon as the water runs out it will automatically shut off, so don't fret about setting it to 6 hours before bed.

I highly recommend this little guy for anyone in need of a small and attractive humidifier or for anyone that enjoys using essential oils in a diffuser.

Check out this video of setting the diffuser up and going through all of the settings:

If you would like to purchase this model of Seneo essential oil diffuser, you can do so HERE! They retail for $37.99 on Amazon. And if you love it as much as I do, make sure to leave your product and seller review!

Salonpas - Pain Relief Products

I've been blogging for about a little over month now and I'm really enjoying getting to try out new products and tell my readers about them. But, I think one of my favorite things about having a blog is that I can get products that not only help me, but help my family. My dad has a knee that bothers him daily and my mom just had neck surgery, so this next product was a God send!

Salonpas offers a huge variety of products to help ease pain with patches, gels, and sprays. This is a safer alternative to over the counter pills which can do more harm than good and can even cause liver failure or heart damage if used incorrectly.

Salonpas are manufactured by Hisamitsu America and they manufacture the only OTC pain patch that is FDA approved and clinically proven. There are many sizes and options of the patch to meet any specific needs you may have.

Hisamitsu America was founded in 1847 and has specialized in topical drug delivery technology since they introduced their line of Salonpas patches in 1934. They now sell their products in over 50 countries and provide solutions for everyday aches and pains.

The newest product to be introduced to the market is the Salonpas Pain Relieving Patch. It has more medicine, is peel resistant, and is now in a larger size. This patch is perfect for necks, shoulder, backs, and other joint areas. It provides 8 solid hours of pain relief and retails for $10.99 at leading retailers nationwide. These patches have three active ingredients to help with the pains and are so easy to apply.

Another great product is the Salonpas Pain Relieving Gel Patch. This patch goes on cool thanks to menthol then the Capsaicin gently warms to sooth the area. This is a larger patch so it is great for the upper and lower back as well as the shoulders. It is stretchable so you don't have to worry about it peeling or coming off. My dad actually put this on his knee before work and it was still warm after he got home.

And if you're looking for a larger patch that doesn't heat up quite as much, you can always try the Salonpas Pain Relief Patch with menthol and methyl salicylate. These are great for sore muscles, sprains, aches, and joint pain. Like the other patches, they are flexible and offer up to 12 hours of relief. These patches work best on mild to moderate pain relief associated with arthritis, sprains, strains, bruises, and simple aches and pains. The menthol and methyl salicylate are powerful pain fighting ingredients that will have you feeling better in no time.

If you aren't into the patches, Salonpas also offers a Deep Relieving Gel that can be applied to any area that pains you. The three active ingredients, camphor, menthol, and methyl salicylate penetrate deep into your skin. This get has a slight warming sensation and it is advised that you wash your hands thoroughly after applying it. The gel is clear and absorbs quickly so no worries of it rubbing off on your clothes. And like the patches, it still offers you 8 hours of pain relief.

And for those of you looking for more of a cooling sensation, Salonpas Jet Spray is just what the doctor ordered. The spray gives rapid relief to muscles and joins and can easily be applied to any area. It absorbs quickly and has two active ingredients for pain relief, menthol and methylsalicylate, that work for up to 8 hours. Out of all of the other products that we've been testing, this is the one that has the least menthol smell and the one that has been working wonders on my mom's neck.

Salonpas is available in most retailers including CVS, Walmart, RiteAid, and Walgreens. You can find the closest store by using their store locator by clicking HERE.

Salonpas offer a clinically proven, safer alternative to over-the-counter pain pills and are located conveniently at most major retailers. Why stay in pain when relief is closer than you think. Want to try a free sample? Click HERE!
